Pueblo Nuevo · Tour 360°

(01)Problem
Pueblo Nuevo sells lots in a development spanning many hectares in El Cóndor. Estudio Bordato's 360° tour was the best way to show it, but it was a fixed showcase: every time a lot was sold or reserved, someone technical had to edit it by hand. On top of that, the experience didn't carry the brand's identity.

(02)Approach
- 01
The tour as a sales tool
Each lot in the tour shows its status (available, reserved or unavailable), its area, images and a link to enquire.
- 02
A spreadsheet as the control panel
Instead of a new system, the team uses what it already knows: Google Sheets. A script reads the sheet and updates the tour.
- 03
The brand across the experience
Pueblo Nuevo's welcome screen, menu, colours and type applied to the original tour, so it feels part of its site.
(03)What I did
- Custom script (Google Sheets → 360° tour)
- Branding applied to the tour
- Welcome screen
- Mobile version
(04)Outcome
A tour with Pueblo Nuevo's identity that the sales team keeps up to date on its own: fill in each lot's details in the sheet and they show up in the tour.
“Working with Rosario was an incredibly enriching experience. As colleagues, we always trusted her eye, and the result was excellent. She not only clearly understood what we needed, but also took what we already had to another level.”
